Parole in Place is almost here for Spouses of US Citizens contact me today!

Are you the spouse of a U.S. Citizen? Did you enter the U.S. without documentation more than 10 years ago. Have you remained in the U.S. ever since. Do you have a clean record and no criminal history? If you answered yes to all of these questions, then a new program starting on August 19, 2024 might be the answer for you.

In the past, if you entered the U.S. without documentation, even if you were married to a U.S. Citizen, you still had to depart the United States. I have helped many people with this process, but it is long, costly, and requires a lot of work. Many people when looking at the daunting requirements, often walk away. However, with the new Parole in Place for Certain Noncitizen Spouse, there is a different option. If granted, your U.S. Citizen spouse can petition for you and you can obtain your green card without leaving the United States. Imagine what this can mean for you life? You can live and work in the United States and build a future for your family without risk or fear of deportation.

I would be happy to have a consultation with you to discuss the process. I am a South Dakota Attorney, with over a decade of full-time immigration law experience. I focus my practice on helping families with difficult immigration issues. I know I can assist you in reaching your immigration dream.

While I am based in South Dakota, I am also licensed in the State of Idaho, and assist clients across the country and around the world. Inland Law truly does have a global reach. So, why wait? We do not know how long Parole in Place for Certain Noncitizen Spouses will remain in place. You do not want to wait to file. Let's start the process today.
